“Living Faithfully Without Pride” – Daniel 4:1-37

Pride is a sin that is easy to spot in others, yet almost impossible to see in ourselves. Pride was the sin that was at the root of Satan’s rebellion as well as Adam and Eve’s disobedience in the Garden. It is no surprise, then, that Scripture tells us that God opposes the proud. King Nebuchadnezzar found that out the hard way in Daniel 4. But God also gives grace to the humble. Living as strangers in a strange land means living humbly before God, allowing Him to go before us and lift us up.
