The world offers us many things in which we might place our hope, glory, and joy. There is no end to the advertisements declaring that we are worth only as much as our possessions. From the earliest of grades in school, we are encouraged to allow our professions to define who we are. Sometimes, we find our hope, glory, and joy in our family. All of these are good things, but Paul, Silas, and Timothy found these in another place. We invite you to join us as we consider where “Our Hope, Glory, and Joy” should be as we study 1 Thess. 2:17-20.
