It sometimes seems as if the number of preachers who fall from grace is growing from month to month, providing fodder for those who revel in seeing the Church hurt. As a result, some preachers have even warned their congregants that they should not be considered role models. While we should never elevate anyone to a pedestal, is it true that we should never consider others worthy of imitating? Paul understood his own sinfulness, yet he did not hesitate to tell the people to whom he ministered to imitate him as he imitated Christ. We invite you to join us as we see “A Preacher Worthy of Imitating” in our study of 1 Thessalonians 2:1-12.
