God's Two Books: How Christians Should Think about Scripture and Science

Are Scripture and science in conflict, or do they reveal complementary truths about the God who created all things? In this message, we examine how God reveals His glory through the created world and His authoritative truth through Scripture, discovering why genuine scientific knowledge and God's Word cannot ultimately contradict one another. We also consider how Christians should approach scientific discoveries and apparent conflicts with biblical faithfulness, intellectual humility, and confidence in the trustworthiness of Scripture. Ultimately, we discover that while creation reveals God's power and glory, only Scripture reveals the saving message of the Gospel: Jesus Christ, the eternal Son through whom all things were made, died for sinners and rose again, offering forgiveness and eternal life to all who trust in Him.
