Does God Care?

As we look around our world, we cannot help but to see violence, injustice, strife, and contention. We might even be tempted to think that things have not always been like this. Habakkuk lived in just such times, and as he considered these in his own nation, he wondered how a holy and just God could allow them to happen. Habakkuk's questions in the opening verses of his book show us that God invites His people to bring their honest, even raw questions and grief to Him.
